NZ Parcels
A cadastral parcel layer with current and historical approved parcels. It includes both spatial records and non-spatial parcel records with no geometry; clipped exports omit the latter. Published nominal accuracy ranges describe classes of parcel polygons, not a guarantee for each feature.

How to interpret this dataset
Some parcels have no geometry. LINZ says these non-spatial records can only be accessed through WFS or a full-layer download; a clipped layer export will omit them. Flats and unit survey plans are among the reasons non-spatial parcel references exist. LINZ also notes that some parcel/title associations originate from non-official sources where official data does not support a link; check the current LINZ source before consequential analysis.
